SHIPPING POLICY
When making purchases on LATE LATINA through the website or other enabled commercial channels such as email, WhatsApp or other instant messaging platforms or social networks, the following applies:
Information about Online Shopping:
- You can place your order online at www.latelatina.com at any time.
- Once payment has been made, we will send you a purchase confirmation email.
- Orders with multiple items will be shipped when all items are finished and/or in stock, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- LATE LATINA reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site terms or as determined by LATE LATINA.
Fine Jewelry:
- Custom fine jewelry orders will be confirmed by a team representative in the afternoon, during business hours Monday through Friday (Colombia and New York Standard Time).
- Once a fine jewelry order goes into production, it is not subject to change, and we cannot modify or cancel it.
- We will send an email with tracking information when your order ships.
- Orders with multiple items will be shipped when all items are finished and/or in stock, unless otherwise specified by the user in writing immediately after payment is made.
- LATE LATINA reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site terms or as determined by LATE LATINA.
- All fine jewelry is handmade in Colombia.
- All orders are produced once full payment is received.
- Fine jewelry takes approximately 2 weeks to produce and ship.
- It is possible to expedite an order for an additional fee. To validate the delivery time, contact our sales team at contacto@latelatina.com after your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- We ship to international countries using some courier companies. You can check at checkout if your country is available for shipping.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays or other problems once your order has been shipped. If your order is returned due to not being received, reshipping will be at your expense.
- An additional shipping fee will be applied to all international orders for clearance, taking into account courier company rates and tariff and tax regulations in each destination country. This does not apply to what was specified in the previous point.
- LATE LATINA is NOT responsible for additional duties, taxes or other charges associated with international shipping and any delays or other issues that may arise.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayU.
- Full payment must be made before any order is processed and produced.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY:
When making purchases at LATE LATINA through the website, physical store or other enabled commercial channels such as email, WhatsApp or other instant messaging platforms or social networks, the following terms and conditions apply:
FINE JEWELRY:
- All sales are final, so no exchanges or returns are made unless in exceptional cases subject to the full discretion and approval of LATE LATINA for requests made within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery of the product.
- If you receive jewelry with other specifications or quality defects, contact contacto@latelatina.com.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, except in cases of guarantees approved by LATE LATINA.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- In accordance with current regulations (Law 1480 of 2011 and/or any law that modifies, adds and/or repeals it), the User may withdraw from the purchase of products ("Right of Withdrawal") within 5 (five ) business days following the date of payment for the purchase through the website.
- However, this rule does not apply to products classified as for personal use, that is, it does not apply to jewelry or pieces offered by LATE LATINA.
CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES:
- We do our best to present the most up-to-date, accurate and reliable information on the website at all times. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or up-to-date.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice, including after order confirmation and payment.
- We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any incorrectly stated reason, regardless of whether the order was confirmed and your credit card charged.
- Please note that these are unique and handmade pieces.
GUARANTEE:
LATE LATINA creates and manufactures signature jewelry, so the client accepts and understands that the pieces may vary in size or color, depending on their process and production date. The guarantee is only valid for a period of two months, provided that the impact on the part arises from its quality or production, in the judgment and/or evaluation of the company.
- Changes under warranty will only be made when a defect derived from the quality and/or product of the production process is verified, provided that it occurs during the three (02) months granted, counted from the date of purchase.
- The guarantee is subject to verification by the company.
- The company may refuse to honor the warranty when it is verified that substances such as creams, makeup, etc., were applied to the surface of the pieces.
- In cases where the part cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for an identical or similar one of the same value. If it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced or refunded.
- In case of acceptance of the guarantee, the items, including their packaging, must be returned in their original selling condition along with the purchase receipt.
REPAIR POLICY:
Fine Jewelry:

- Customer is responsible for the cost of repair or alteration, as well as shipping, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it is determined that there is a problem with the product.
