RETURN POLICY:

At LATE LATINA, we strive to offer products of the highest quality. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. Therefore, we want to inform our customers about our return policy for fine silver and gold jewelry:

  • Returns not accepted : We do not accept returns on fine silver and gold jewelry, except in cases where the product is defective.
  • Defect notification : If upon receiving your product you detect any defect, you must immediately notify contacto@latelatina.com within 5 days of receipt. This notification must include a photograph supporting the product defect.
  • Evaluation and approval : Once your notification is received, our LATE LATINA team will evaluate the situation. If the return is approved, you will be required to send the product back.
  • Shipping costs : The customer is responsible for covering any shipping costs related to the return of the product.
  • Return processing : Once the returned product is received and its status verified, LATE LATINA will proceed to process the return within the next 10 business days.

Please note that our pieces are made by hand, so no one is the same as the other. This characteristic can result in small imperfections that make each piece of jewelry unique and special.

- General information

At Late Latina we work each piece by hand, valuing each unique detail, so our products may contain imperfections and particularities that make this piece unrepeatable. We do not offer returns for these types of peculiarities since they are part of the irregular design and finish of our pieces. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

- Products not subject to return

Our collection of silver and solid gold pieces, as well as all the products we offer as unique and exclusive, are not subject to exchanges or returns.

Products purchased with promotional or discount codes are not subject to exchanges or returns.

- Refunds

The only reason for a refund is if the product arrives damaged, which the customer must demonstrate with a photograph within the first five (5) days after receiving the package. Late Latina will be responsible for and cover the shipping costs incurred in returning the products, if the return is due to our error.

Late Latina is not responsible for defects due to damage caused by improper use or neglect, alterations and cosmetic damage due to normal wear and aging.

Returns for full refunds will be requested by email to contacto@simuero.com. In these cases the purchase amount will be refunded once the returned product is received at the address mentioned above. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Simuero reserves the right to refuse a return if all of the above conditions are not met. In these cases you will be notified by email that your order cannot be returned.

Any claim must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the package.

Refunds are always made to the credit card used when placing the order; This is to prevent fraud.

The refund will be made once we have received and inspected the returned product. Depending on the bank, the transaction usually takes between 5 and 10 business days.
